LEAP Custom Workshops
LEAP is a personal planning process developed over the last (more than) twenty years which has been studied, improved, written, re-written and fine-tuned -based on participant feedback and our own experience. We conduct LEAPS for individuals and groups and organizations who want a plan so that they can redirect their own future or the future of the organization they are in.
We have LEAPed more than 1000 participants. We have done LEAPs in the US--in Atlanta, Belfair, Bremerton, Baltimore, Chicago, Miami, NYC, Seattle, and Washington DC. We have done LEAP workshops in India, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and France--in schools, homes, apartments, castles, villas, offices, training centers and at our own place on the Olympic peninsula. We have done LEAPs for students, non profitrs, companies, individuals, couples and for mixed groups of individuals and couples, groups of men and women -- separately and together. And, we truly believe that we have outlined a process that works. Also, due to popular demand, we have also developed the LEAPette, which is a half day workshop, in which people proceed through four of the ten steps in a full LEAP, and complete a new step, called "Bridging the Gap." Here is a typical LEAP schedule.
