Liz Tayfun is a LEAP coach and communications trainer with more than 21 years’ experience working in culturally diverse workplaces delivering training in teambuilding, career development and interviewing techniques.  She is certified as a Master Trainer and Master Facilitator and in Belbin Team Roles profiling.  Liz spent eleven years working in the Staff Development & Learning Section of the United Nations Office at Geneva, and eight years as programme manager for the career support and conflict resolution programmes.Now as an independent facilitator/trainer, she continues to work with various UN agencies, as well as others organisations, both in Geneva and elsewhere.  Most recently she has been developing and delivering blended distance learning programmes for field based staff.

Sanjeev Bhanot is a yoga practitioner and therapist who combines yoga with Shiatsu, Thai massage, and naturopathy. He is a strong advocate of the LEAP approach to life planning and is LEAP's contact in India.  He does individual and group classes and specialized workshops, including stress menagement, in Geneva Switzerland and Delhi.  (http://yogalife.org) During his youth he learned from and practiced the sacred teachings with many great yogis who regularly passed through his home village.  He holds classes, workshops, and retreats in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, and India.
